A Self-Help Manifesting Activity by Zoe Davis How to Work Out What You Want In this video I lay out a quick and simple method of letting go and focusing on what you really want to manifest.
Step 1. Write a list of what you want to stop, release or let go of, basically everything you've had enough of. Step 2. On another sheet of paper write the exact opposite of what you're letting go of. Step 3. Burn or throw out the first list and focus on manifesting the second list. Give it a try, it's not only a great way to clear your head, it's an insightful way of discovering what you are really trying or needing to accomplish right now.
