March 21st 2020, Saturn moves into Aquarius until July 2023, this is a big deal and a welcome shift out of the super serious Capricorn energy it's been sitting in since December 2017. But, don't get too excited just yet as Saturn will move back into Capricorn from July to December 2020, however let's celebrate a little reprieve from the strictness of Saturn in Capricorn!

This transit is happening on the Equinox which is a half way point between the Solstices, the dark and the light. It's a powerful day for manifesting change, releasing the old and welcoming the new.

Saturn in Aquarius is a break we've been waiting for, it represents change and development in how we function and share ourselves in groups and friendships as well as humanity and society as a whole. 

Aquarius is a natural free spirit, it loves going into unchartered territory, particularly when it comes to ideas. Aquarius always believes there is a better way and is willing to break with tradition to test new waters. Interestingly, we are in times where we can potentially lose all of our freedoms as we've seen with the pandemic of early 2020. What new laws and regulations will be introduced and remain when the danger has passed? Will Saturn in Aquarius take a loss of freedom lying down?

Aquarius is also ruled by air and governs water and technology. It is no coincidence we have wireless and 5G being promoted at this time. Who owns the air waves? Air, like water should be shared equally  by everyone. Our understanding and value of air and water is sure to change during this time.

Saturn in Aquarius can always find a way to have win/ win for all involved,  Aquarius is the true sharing humanitarian and their motto is all for one and one for all. We can all feel now more than ever that things have to change when it comes to humanity and society and hopefully we can experience radical change with minimal damage. The minimal damage may be made possible with the genius and thoughtfulness of Saturn in Aquarius.

Big changes are coming and some of it may be due to the approach of this new and unpredictable Aquarian Saturn energy. This is not a time to hold on tight, it is a time of opening up, learning to fly and experience brand new skies. Allow new possibilities to unfold, new opportunities, new friendships and collaborations. Be responsible when dealing with others, practice being a reliable and dependable member of society and humanity.

Imagination meeting practicality is what will win the day. Aquarius can get carried away with ideas, remember the lessons of Capricorn and turn those ideas into reality, make those ideas happen and change the world one brain storm at a time. No idea is too crazy, it could be just what the world needs to tip the balance in favour of the people and the Earth.

Learn to let  the Universe flow through you, through your mind and your heart so that you may flow through life. Aquarius rules electricity, let the electricity of life flow through you and stay hydrated as water conducts electricity, drink good quality water.

Learn to be a powerful thinker, protect your good quality thoughts, beware of polluting your mind with nonsense or fear. Meditate regularly to ground your mind, practice Spiritual Abundance and enjoy regular sunshine, fresh air, swims, showers and baths.

Aquarius can get lost in the mind and forget about the body, remember to exercise regularly and release over thinking. This Saturn transit is heavily influenced by the New Moon in Aries that is happening only days after this shift. That new moon is highlighting the need for physical fitness and raising Subconscious Patterns of Immunity, a theme that will run throughout Saturn in Aquarius.

Lastly, Aquarius knows how to be serious and how to be light and be playful. After all the heavy Capricorn energy we are craving lightness, Saturn may not be the carefree influence we are hoping for but it is a long game of teaching us how to be free, flowing and cooperative in the long run.
