The Aries new moon on March 24th is conjunct Chiron and Black Lilith Moon and is here to test our immunity, health and fitness, our deepest wounds; mentally, emotionally and physically, as well as our stamina.

This is not the best start to the astrological year, but it is what it is and we have all have to get through this knowing it's temporary and it is strengthening us in ways we wouldn't have experienced if we stayed in our little comfort zones of normalcy.

Something we are all seeing is there is an incredible amount of information that swings from doom to hope to doom. Every conversation goes from bad to worse to best case scenario and the information is changing all the time, minute to minute. All of this is affecting our Subconscious, the Subconscious listens without judgement, without emotion.

OUR SUBCONSCIOUS records every experience and conversation and notices how we respond or react and it prompts us to do the same thing the next time the experience is repeated. The Subconscious is where our habits and routines are formed, it helps us function on auto pilot so we don't have to consciously think about brushing our teeth or how we brush our teeth, how to tie shoelaces without thinking about it, but also how to respond to fear, threats and change.

THE IMMUNE SYSTEM, primarily the Thymus Gland is how we adapt to stress. If you can adapt then you can grow and overcome anything. Our immunity becomes compromised when are unable to adapt to change, we stay stuck in old habits and get sick to slow things down until we can figure out how to adjust. That's often why we feel better after a sickness, we often have a different outlook and a renewed sense of purpose.

IT IS VITAL TO MANAGE THE IMMUNITY OF THE SUBCONSCIOUS AT THIS TIME, which means creating good habits of adapting to higher consciousness by detaching from fear and connecting with what heals. We will be tested on how we respond to our wounds being prodded, provoked and contaminated by others fears and control issues. Beware of manipulation and trust your inner self by practicing Spiritual Abundance. and creating new patterns of not engaging with low consciousness.

Do things differently, deliberately choose what is good for you and your body.

There may be swinging feelings of hopelessness and warrior, as well as rebellion and compliance. Stay calm, stay in your centre, stay physically fit, look after your body and use exercise to burn off the stress.

Teach the Subconscious how to overcome pressure by getting physically active, even if it's deep breathing, dancing, singing, running on the spot or doing sit ups in your lounge room. Do not stay still when you are restless, build up your physical fitness, acknowledge your body and train your Subconscious to release negativity and nervous tension. When you feel strong and active you can powerfully rise above issues rather than letting issues overpower you.

Self care is a practice and this first new moon of the astrological year is happening as Saturn moves into Aquarius saying that this is the theme for the next couple of years, particularly this year and especially this first month.

DO WHATEVER YOU CAN TO RAISE YOUR GENERAL IMMUNITY;
STAY POSITIVE, sleep and rest, exercise, dose up on vitamin c, nature and fresh air, eat fresh food when possible and drink plenty of water. 

DID YOU KNOW THAT COLD SHOWERS ARE GREAT FOR STIMULATING THE IMMUNE SYSTEM? It really gets the very important Vagus Nerve flowing. Start with hot and when you're about to get out, switch the water to cold for 30 seconds or so, then back to hot for a bit, then cold again and finally back to hot. It's almost as vitalising as a coffee but way more refreshing!

DRY SKIN BRUSHING IS A GREAT HABIT TO START THIS YEAR, it stimulates the Lymphatic System which is how immunity travels around the body. Before or after a shower dry brush over your entire body toward the heart. Dry skin brushing also improves the fitness of the pores of the skin which helps regulate the temperature of the body, as in not letting cold wind into the body and not trapping excess heat inside the body. Breathing exercise also pump the lymph around the body.
