I've been making vision boards for over a decade and have been teaching people how to make their vision boards work for them since 2013.

A vision board isn't just inspiring pictures, it can be a life map that guides and supports you no matter what happens around you, it can keep your energy focused and flowing even when you feel challenged or stuck.

• A Vision Board is a visual representation of the things you want in your life. Vision Boards program the reticular activating system, the part of the brain responsible for attention. By focusing your attention on the things you want in life you're able to see new ways to achieve them in reality.

The simple act of writing down your goals makes you much more likely to accomplish them and a picture says a thousand words...
