RETURNSAll returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels still attached.

REFUNDSAfter receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow 7 days from receiving your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit statement, depending on your payment company. We will be sure to email you when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONSThe following items cannot be returned or exchanged:· Individually prepared flower and gem essence blends· Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returnedIf your product is defective or damaged, please get in touch with us at customer service below, and we will arrange a refund or exchange.
CLAIMING A DIGITAL REFUNDTo be eligible for a refund for a digital goods purchase, the following requirements must be met:You must file for a refund within 3 days of the transaction.The purchase comprises only of digital goods and no other goods or services;You have not received more than the following number of refunds for Digital Goods purchases: 2 refunds from digital goods purchased.We may, at our discretion, withdraw, cease, suspend, or amend the refund for any Digital Goods purchase at any time if we hold a reasonable belief that refunds are being claimed on unreasonable grounds or that the transaction was completed successfully.
