All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels still attached.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit statement, depending on your payment company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
· Individually prepared flower and gem essence blends
· Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned

claiming a digital refund
To be eligible for a refund for a digital goods purchase the following requirements must be met:

Once purchased there are no refunds on event tickets. The exception is if the event is cancelled or moved to another date.
Tickets are transferable if you wish to forward your ticket to another person.
