WHAT HAPPENS IN A RESET SESSION?

In your initial RESET Session we will discuss your situation and together work out your needs as well as start clearing and balancing your priority issue.
Balancing your energy may involve breathing techniques, acupressure, essences, visualisations, affirmations, EFT Emotional Freedom Technique - which is tapping and releasing potent points on the body or head, and much more. There are actually infinite ways to get the energy flowing, it's different for every individual! Value the work you are doing for yourself and allow yourself some time after your sessions to relax and integrate your experience. Healing Consults are generally up to 2 hours (recommended). |
